Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order or answer your message, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number and what you ordered, so we can set it aside, let you know it's ready and send a receipt.
• Messages and want lists: your name, email, optional phone number and what you wrote.
• Selling a collection: your contact details, your description and any photos you attach.
• Your cart: kept in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
• Site statistics: pages viewed and page speed, counted without cookies and without identifying you (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).

Who else sees it

Orders and messages are delivered to the shop by email through Mailgun. The site is hosted by Vercel and the catalog runs on our own WordPress server. Those services process the information only to deliver it to us. If a form shows a spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile sees your browser's details for that check.

How long we keep it

Order and message emails stay in the shop's inbox as our record of the sale or conversation. Ask us and we'll delete what we hold about you, except what we must keep for tax records.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw consent. Call 705-493-2294, send us a message, or write to North Bay Diecast & Collectibles, 162 Main Street East, North Bay, ON P1B 1A8.
